Ingredients
- 2.5 tablespoon melted butter (unsalted)
- 2 eggs
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 1.5 T equivalent sweetener
- ½ cup coconut milk
- 1 cup almond meal
- ¼ teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
Directions
- Add melted butter and eggs into a bowl and whisk until well combined
- Add remaining ingredients and add portioned amount of batter into waffle iron and cook as usual
- Top with some berries and some artificially sweetened whipping cream and enjoy
