Sometimes there isn’t much time to make dinner, but you can make a nice nutritious dinner in just a few minutes. Start with a couple of frozen hamburger patties seasoned with some seasoning salt, cayenne, cumin, and paprika. Cook in a pan until you get a nice crispy sear on both sides.
Using the leftover beef juices (tallow) throw a large handful of spinach with a pinch of kosher salt. After a couple minutes it will reduce is size significantly, throw this on the plate with your hamburgers and enjoy a hearty meal with lots of nutrients and plenty of fat to keep you full until bed time.
