More saturated fat equals less heart disease

For those of you that might still fearing saturated fat trying to avoid heart disease you may want to take a look from the graph above.  It plots the cornier heart disease per capita numbers versus the total energy consumed from saturated fat.  As you can see the correlation does seem pretty apparent.  Though I will admit this still and observation “study” though this does also relates to my latest blood work as well…
