Building up your gut flora with sauerkraut


Without an healthy digestive system it can be difficult for your body to absorb the nutrients it needs to thrive.  This leads your body to say, “hey I need more nutrients” and you respond by eating more and still not absorbing the nutrients you need leading to weight gain and still not looking/feeling healthy.  Can help restore beneficial bacteria to your digestive system and build a healthier mucosal lining in your gut.
