- 2 tablespoons coconut flour
- 1 tablesppon almond flour/meal
- 1 tablespoon almond butter
- 1 egg
- ¼ teaspoon cinnamon
- ¼ teaspoon vanilla
- ¼ cup coconut milk
- ½ teaspooon baking powder
- pinch salt
- Add all ingredients to a blender and blend completely. Pour into hot skillet at medium heat until lightly browned
