Low carb chocolate pie filling

  • 1 package sugar free chocolate pudding
  • 2 cups coconut milk
  • ¼ cup whipping cream
  • 1 low carb chocolate pie crust
  1. Whip whipping cream until stiff peaks (flipping over whisk whipped cream still points straight up)
  2. Add coconut milk and chocolate pudding and mix until combined
  3. Pour into pie crust, cover, and refrdigerate for 2 hours.
  4. Top with optional whipping cream and/or dark chocolate shaving and enjoy
