- 1 package sugar free chocolate pudding
- 2 cups coconut milk
- ¼ cup whipping cream
- 1 low carb chocolate pie crust
- Whip whipping cream until stiff peaks (flipping over whisk whipped cream still points straight up)
- Add coconut milk and chocolate pudding and mix until combined
- Pour into pie crust, cover, and refrdigerate for 2 hours.
- Top with optional whipping cream and/or dark chocolate shaving and enjoy
