Low carb chocolate pie crust |

- 2 scoops (1/2 cup) of chocolate protein powder
- ½ cup fat solid at room temperature (coconut oil, butter, shortening, lard, etc)
- ½ cup almond meal
- 1 tablespoon unsweetened cocoa powder
- 1 tablespoon Splenda
- 1-2 tablespoons of water
- Add all ingredients (except water) to bowl and cut with knife until looks like a bunch of brown peas
- Add water one teaspooon at a time until the dough holds together.
- Wrap in plastic and put into the refridgerator for 1-2 hours
- Lay between two square pieces of wax paper and roll out until dough gets to all sides
- Place in pie pan and cook at 350F for 15 minutes or until it just starts to brown.
- Allow to cool.
