Not really a combo you normally put together but was a delicious month. Getting tired of pureeing my second pumpkin I added a pinch of kosher salt and a pinch of Splenda and put it in the oven until it became very soft and just started to brown on top. A quick mash with a form and I had some mashed pumpkin as delicious side at approximately 15 calories and 3 net carbs, compare that to 71 calories and 10 net carbs for the same 1/3 serving.
